Just wanted to point out the switch from Disqus to Livefyre for commenting. So many of you have had issues with Disqus, I wanted to see if Livefyre would be any better. I can already tell that it loads faster and doesn’t give me as much crap when I try to respond to your comments. Please let me know if you have any issues, or if this change solves some of your previous issues. Thanks!!

forumfan I liked Disqus, but I hate to ignore the people who weren't able to comment. Of course there are some who don't like comment systems at all, so I'm still on the fence about whether to keep it. I do feel like LiveFyre is more conducive to keeping a conversation going, so we'll see how it goes!

Carrie Smith Several have told me that the Disqus system won't load for them, that they can fill in a comment but it won't post, etc. I wanted to see if LiveFyre would work any better - so far it seems to be, but it's hard to know since the people who have trouble usually just don't comment.

They were sitting in your "Spam" folder in your Livefyre admin panel (http://support.livefyre.com/customer/portal/articles/138868-what-is-the-livefyre-admin-panel-how-do-i-access-it-). I've gone ahead and marked them as "Not Spam" and they show up fine on your post now. Please don't hesitate to hit me up if you've any questions Andrea. Happy to help! :)

I was initially intimidated by the sign in options, but once i stopped being a weanie, everything went swimmingly. I don't like that it shows my username instead of my name. Hmm.

I found Disqus alright, but it's what works for the majority I guess. Hopefully Livefyre will improve things for those who were finding things difficult.
